Human vs AI vs Cyborg.
Same task. Same materials. Same time pressure.
🍝 20 spaghetti sticks
🧵 1 metre of string
🍬 1 marshmallow
⏱️ 20 minutes
What surprised me most wasn’t who won —
but how differently teams behaved under pressure.
• Humans planned (a lot)
• AI followed instructions (literally)
• Hybrid teams learned fastest
The biggest lesson?
Iteration beats intelligence. Every time.
This is the future of work:
not humans or AI — but humans who know how to work with AI.
👇 Would you back yourself as Human, AI, or Hybrid?
Who knew less-sticky sticky tape would be the real plot twist? 😅
The towers were just the backdrop.
What you’re really seeing here is:
🔹 improvised problem-solving
🔹 quiet leadership moments
🔹 very animated debates with AI
🔹 and teams adapting in real time when materials didn’t behave
Sometimes the constraints teach you more than the tools.
Also:
🟡 marshmallows are heavier than they look
🟡 spaghetti has opinions
🟡 less-sticky tape adds “character”
A bit messy.
A bit chaotic.
And, for us, a useful way to notice how teams work together.
